General Stretching Instructions:

· Be sure to stretch AT LEAST three times per day. Stretching is most beneficial when done regularly (i.e. every 1-1½ hours). 

· Stretch only in a pain-free range.  A stretch should be felt however it should NOT be painful.

· Be sure to stretch both sides of your body or else you may create inequality.
