Arms straight up over head

Arms behind your head

Lean to both sides

Bend knees and keep heels on the floor

Keep heel on the floor (Both sides)

Twist to both sides

Reach for your ankle (Both sides)

Push your knees to the floor

TRY to touch your toes!

Squat down & keep your heels on the floor

Push your behind to your heels
